Originally from Las Vegas, Tara made the move to Florida in 2020 and joined the Fiore & Ela team in September of 2022. She’s been behind the chair since 2008, and after 15 years in the industry, she still lights up when she talks about her work. For Tara, time has flown by—because when you love what you do, it never feels like just a job.

Tara brings creativity, experience, and an eye for transformation to everything she does. She’s passionate about crafting bright, beautiful blondes, dimensional color, and fresh, flattering haircuts that leave her guests feeling renewed and confident. Whether it’s a subtle shift or a bold change, she thrives on helping people see themselves in a new way.

Outside the salon, Tara is all about balance and adventure. You’ll often find her on horseback, soaking up the Florida sunshine at the beach, or spending quality time with her beautiful family.
