Service Policy

FE does NOT offer refunds on any service. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your service, you must contact us within 48 hours of your original service and we require that you return to the salon so your hair can be tangibly assessed. We are happy to schedule you for your correctional service with your original stylist at no cost. In the event that you cannot be scheduled with your original service provider, another stylist will be available for you. Fiore and Ela is not responsible nor liable for the results of any processes done on the hair outside of the salon company.


Retail Returns + Exchange

Any haircare item purchased at the salon company may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. Any hair styling items (hot tools) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days. For sanitary reasons, hair brushes and hair extensions MAY NOT be returned. Boutique and seasonal items are non-refundable.


No Show Policy

FE requires a credit card on file for all new bookings. We ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we are able to designate your appointment time. If no communication is made, our policy stands as follows: 1st time - 25% due, 2nd time - 50% due, 3rd time - 100% due.


Children

ATTENTION PARENTS! We love children and we want to keep them safe! We have a policy that helps ensure that. We ask that children only accompany parents or adults when receiving services. This ensures the safety of your child, as well as maintains a professional atmosphere for other guests receiving services.
