Pam is one of the founders of Fiore+Ela. She was born and raised here in Lee County. She has been working behind the chair since 2004. She loves people and always gives her guests an amazing experience.

Since opening the salon company , she has put her efforts full force into creating and developing the Fiore+Ela Lifestyle brand that you see on all of our social media. Pam has a passion for creating a unique and unforgettable salon culture for stylists to grow and thrive in. She maintains the business portion of the salon company while continuing to take guests behind the chair. When she is not working or traveling, she also runs a family farm with more animals than time!
