Originally from Western Colorado, Hartleigh made the move to Southwest Florida in June of 2022—and she’s been soaking up the sunshine and salon life ever since. Currently a part of our Associate Education Program, Hartleigh is passionate about growing her skills and delivering unforgettable results for each and every guest.

What drives Hartleigh most is the joy she sees on her guests’ faces—the genuine excitement and confidence they feel when they see their finished look. She takes pride in exceeding expectations and creating a salon experience that’s both personal and uplifting.

Hartleigh’s true love lies in highlights and lightening services. Whether she’s crafting bright, sun-kissed strands or subtle dimension, she brings precision and excitement to every lightening project she takes on. Her commitment to learning and her natural talent make her a rising star in the industry.

Outside of the salon, you’ll often find Hartleigh enjoying the Florida lifestyle with her family. Boating, tanning, and attending sporting events are a few of her favorite ways to unwind and stay connected with the people she loves.
