Cailen Brennan

Originally from Londonderry, New Hampshire just outside of Boston, Cailen made the move to Southwest Florida in 2023 to continue growing her career behind the chair. She has been in the hair industry since 2020, but she knew this path was for her even earlier while working as a salon receptionist. Cailen quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and, most importantly, the connection between stylist and guest.

What keeps Cailen inspired every day is the energy of the industry and the ability to help people feel confident and beautiful. She has always had a passion for blonding and major transformations, and more recently, I’ve become obsessed with creating effortless, lived-in looks and seamless grey blending; the styles that grow out beautifully and look naturally stunning.

She prides herself on bringing a personalized approach to every appointment. No two guests are the same, so she loves experimenting with different techniques to find what works best for each individual. Building genuine connections is just as important to her as the end result, she loves finding common ground with her guests so every visit feels comfortable, fun, and never rushed.

Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find Cailen soaking up the Florida sunshine at the beach, going for a run, or taking a workout class. She is also a Pilates instructor at Drip in Cape Coral, which keeps her active and inspired. Cailen loves getting dressed up for dinners and cocktails with friends, going to concerts, and taking spontaneous trips. When she heads back up north to visit family, she is happiest by the lakes or in the mountains.

Cailen is bubbly, welcoming, and always ready to share stories and laughs. Her goal is always to make every guest feel at ease, leave feeling their absolute best, and truly enjoy the experience along the way.
